This project focuses on researching composite thermally conductive materials with carbon materials as the main material, featuring high thermal conductivity, high heat dissipation, high electrical conductivity and strong chemical and weather resistance. It addresses pain points such as low thermal conductivity and poor strength in traditional materials, achieving lightweight thermally conductive materials.
1. Security surveillance
The material’s low density and high thermal conductivity properties are utilized for the front and rear covers of security cameras, enabling product light weighting.
2. New energy thermal management
Combined with high thermal conductivity, high strength and other material properties, they can be used in the field of thermal management of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
1. Heat sinks/coolers
Carbon-based composite materials have high thermal conductivity and are widely used in heat sink-related fields such as security cameras, high-power LED lights and high-integration IC chips.
2. New energy thermal management
The high thermal conductivity and high structural strength of composite materials can be used in the liquid cooling systems of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
