The Experimental Core Facilities for Physical Sciences serve as an integral component and supporting platform for physical sciences. It comprises a Micro/Nanofabrication Center, a Liquid Helium Center, and a Computing Center, and an analysis and testing center (under construction). It aims to provide professional, efficient, and advanced technical support and assurance for scientific research.

The Micro/Nanofabrication Center

The Micro/Nanofabrication Center focuses on the construction, processing, and testing of materials at the micro and nanoscale, investigating novel properties of materials in low-dimensional and nanoscale regimes. In addition to providing device fabrication and processing services, the center actively pursues process development and innovation.

The Liquid Helium Center

The Liquid Helium Center provides reliable and cost-effective liquid helium supply.

The Computing Center

The Computing Center's high-performance computing cluster provides the computational power for scientific research on material structure and properties.
