On May 30, 2025, the Tsientang Institute for Advanced Study (TIAS) successfully held a spring team-building event themed "Aspiring Lives, Forging Excellence”. The event featured engaging and fun activities designed to strengthen team cohesion and foster cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

At the start, participants were randomly divided into teams and competed in team-building games designed to test teamwork, such as "Da Vinci Code" and "Tower Building", creating a lively and joyful atmosphere filled with laughter. During lunch, everyone enjoyed a delicious outdoor barbecue, sharing insights and strengthening bonds over good food and conversation. The afternoon brought even more excitement with ATV off-road adventures, paintball battles, and archery competitions, further solidifying team spirit and collaboration. The event concluded with a fun-filled camp party featuring karaoke and board games, fostering a relaxed and harmonious team atmosphere.

This team-building event effectively eased work-related stress and strengthened team collaboration through diverse and engaging activities, laying a solid foundation for future research partnerships.
