多年来，牵头承担国家和军地省部级重点科研课题30多项；参加国际、国内抗肿瘤新药临床试验400多项，其中，担任国际和国家Leading PI 达250多项，目前仍在承担Leading PI的有30项。
在国内、外核心杂志上发表科研论文850多篇，其中SCI重磅论文250多篇，包括Lancet、NEJM、JAMA、Nature、Science和JCO等全球顶级学术期刊；
主编和参编学术专著140多部；
主持国际、国家卫健委和CSCO临床实践指南和专家共识60多部。
